One of our strengths is the experience that is based on both academic knowledge and practical usage of research in the field of tourism and travel. The method is always defined by the characteristics of the given problem.

In our work we apply the various types of research methods used in the market and the academic field: from qualitative methods (e.g.: interviews, focus groups, case-studies), through quantitative methods (questionnaires, diaries, traffic count) to the newest methods such as the monitoring and analysis of media.

We are proud to state that we have been involved in research project and intelligence development for about 20 years. Certainly, the key specialization has been researching, analysing and monitoring health, medical, wellness and spa tourism.
